I was talking to a family yesterday, mom was concerned about pricing. She said to me that they were not use to spending money on family portraits. Over the years that had been use to going in to J C Penny's portrait studio or Sears or the Picture People. I said, do you know what they all have in common, she said i have no idea, I said they all went out of business. I remember going into J C Penny's back in the day. The photographers were not photographers, there were just people with camera's. They used the same lighting set up for every thing and the shutter speed and F Stop. We have come a long ways, living where we live we have the opportunity for beautiful portraits taking in breath taking location. There is a reason why they are no longer around.Give us a call to schedule an appointment.
Hello Flagstaff,It is with great pleasure that we announce that Alyssa is now a member of our photographic team. Alyssa will be our studio manager, but she will also go out into the field to cover sporting events and anything that comes her way. As a amazing athlete herself, the skills and dedication to her sport will help her to capture great images from any event that she is tasked in covering. Alyssa has been with us now for 3 months and she has already become a very reliable asset to our studio.
Over the years I have always done all of my retouching for all of my images. This is a very time consuming process that I have tried to get away from. I have tried several places, in the last week I hire a full time retoucher to do all of my images. She has a good grasp of what I like and how I like my images to look.
This should free me up to spend more time in back of the camera doing what I love to do, take pictures.
Some People do make a difference.A few weeks ago I came across this young lady with a full head of hair, to my surprise when I came across her this past sunday her head was shaven. I could not help but ask her what happened or what the story was. I asked her to come into the studio because I thought this was done for a great cause. Her story is below."We all know someone who has been or is being affected by cancer in some way. For me, one of the worst parts about it is how helpless I feel in the face of this disease. So, I did something about it! I shaved my head to raise money and awareness for childhood cancer research through an organization called St. Baldrick's. All of the money raised goes towards treatment, both physical and mental, for these brave kids and towards research that aims to make cancer history. If you would like to donate or become a proud shave yourself, please you to: http://www.stbaldricks.org/ God bless!"~Brianna O
